Have you ever met individuals referred to as ‘seasoned’ or ‘experienced’? Despite their reputation, their impact is often limited. They are often the ‘schemers’ or ‘talkers.’ On the other hand, there are child prodigies who possess extraordinary abilities, seemingly bending time and accelerating their growth.
This perspective offers a unique glimpse into the ‘new world.’ I often find myself pondering these cities that are supposedly thousands of years old, brimming with supposed culture and history, including a multitude of failed social experiments. Apparently, they are now experiencing rapid growth, or perhaps they are simply ‘catching up.’
The issue is this: The more they play catch-up, the more they are opting for the pre-existing hierarchy. As they cannot disrupt the hierarchy because they don’t have the ideas to truly lead.
