They realize they might lose some FDI and trade—so what do they do? They try to burn the ship down. They use the unbanned TikTok to educate people on the so-called value chain. Why are they suddenly offering to sell you direct-to-consumer knockoffs or out-of-factory products?
This is something I’ve been highlighting for the longest time.
It’s because these supposedly intelligent, high-IQ individuals have literally no products or services that the world actually wants—unless those products borrow the cultural cachet of the West. Without that, their only options are to compete on price or to engage in dumping.
Even today, a lot of state-sponsored brands from region struggle to capture global market share. The question is—why? It’s because what they’re making isn’t truly innovative or new.
How can a collectivist society produce originality?
That’s when I realized what was fundamentally wrong. And once you understand who you’re transacting with, the conclusion is clear: you must double, triple, and quadruple down on protecting yourself—through protectionism, through technological independence, and through abundance.
Specifically, you need to detach yourself from the lure of minor conveniences.
Once you do, you’ll unlock your real potential.
