Yoga and meditation are state inducers — temporary flow states.
None of these create elite performance in the long-term game.
The only way to be elite over decades is to have a regulated nervous system.
Flow and meditation try to simulate this, but they’re conditional and environment-dependent.
A calm nervous system is unconditional —
it’s permanent flow, regardless of circumstance.
The fact that I can send posts as I’m authoring them, down to the millisecond,
is evidence of how genuinely relaxed I am.
