Diversity = The Chosen One
Resolution doesn’t happen everywhere at once — it happens in one concentrated burst.
If you’re there, you capture it.
If you’re diluted, you miss it.
Diversity is not holding twenty positions.
It’s not hedging your way into mediocrity.
Diversity is more AUM on concentrated resolution.
Diversity is doing authorship often, not everywhere.
Every authored burst, every variance collapse, every tempo shift — that’s the point of concentration.
Diversity is the frequency of those authored moments, not the number of baskets you scatter eggs into.
The Inversion
What the world calls “diversification” is really fear.
What I call “diversity” is repetition of control.
They diversify because they don’t know when resolution will come.
I diversify by authorship, because I can make resolution come often.
That’s the inversion.
