Do you want to buy a great amount of US products?
There is a glaring lack of understanding of global trade and what it means to the various economic structures that allow you to understand the rhetoric much more profitably than most.
Vietnam’s minister of trade just said, “VIETNAM WANTS TO BUY A GREAT AMOUNT OF US PRODUCTS”.
Then everyone posts Vietnam’s GDP per capita.
Which is hilarious.
He said Vietnam, not the Vietnamese.
Why did he say ‘Vietnam’?
Well, if there was any attempt to close the trade deficit, it’s certainly not by ‘free market forces’ in a command economy.
It can only be the government and its state-owned enterprises at most.
But here is the catch as I have been repeatedly informing readers.
It is a direct conflict of interest to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam or the People’s Republic of China to divert as an export-driven economy.
An export-driven economy is what these one-party governments have remained in power for so long.
The WH’s comments about Chinese consumerism is a red herring.
600 million Chinese cannot afford a cup of coffee.
Yet, China is the 2nd biggest economy?
If it is top heavy - ask yourself?
Who is on top?
If it is top heavy and you want to trim the top?
Who are you trimming from?
Are they so keen to allow you to trim for the sake of ‘fair trade’.
Assuming you do get some concessions.
Is that the desired outcome?
Why would you settle for that?
If you settle for a minor trim to empower tyrants.
Are you doing so at the expense of America?
Absolutely.
This is why everything you are reading on this issue is a lie.
This is why everything I’m telling you is the undeniable truth.

If Friday evening. You go out for, let’s say, dinner or drinks in a low GDP per capita market.
