Greatness is not a title
A list circulates the internet admiration(not that list!) —Indian-origin CEOs at the helm of some of the world’s most powerful multinational corporations.
But what no one wants to talk about is this:
Where are the founders?
Where are the owners, the BODs, the people who built the game—not those hired to run it?
These aren’t founders.
They’re operational custodians.
They’re global bag men—highly competent, yes—but ultimately headcount within a broader game of conquest led by capital.
So the CEO chair?
It’s not the pinnacle anymore.
It’s the proof that someone else already owns the table.
If you’re truly great, don’t fight for a chair—
own the building.
Control the stock - market.
Design the rules.
Greatness isn’t about title—it’s about control.
