I'm thankful to be your author.
Amish food is my favorite in the world — it’s the closest thing we have to the original “turkey dinner.”
Phoenician food — true whole foods — is still the healthiest diet on earth.
Remember: cuisines that drown themselves in spices and overpowering flavors are usually compensating for a lack of real nutrients.
And when you look at China — a diet built on soy, pork, and heavily processed rice products — you have to ask a larger question:
What kind of nutritional environment does that create for an entire population, especially its men?
Diet isn’t just food — it’s a civilization’s operating system.
Poor nutritional foundations show up everywhere: in energy levels, cognition, physical (size) development, and long-term performance.
Bad ideas eventually reveal themselves biologically.
Happy Thanksgiving, y’all.
