What an amazing call.

Am I seeking a pat on the back or more business? Nope.

I can monetize it.

More importantly, I was told that I should be on stage rather than in finance—which, if you’re clever, is another form of validation.

All of this validation is the result of one’s abilities built upon one’s baseline. This is why it is valid, rather than being exploited for status or resources.

To move forward into the future, it is essential for men to earn multiple forms of validation in all facets of life. I don’t want to interact with people who lack this, as there will be a disproportionate need to compensate in one aspect for another.

This is the root cause of many key issues in your daily lives and in the world.

The nature and markets dictate this.
