Pre-Conditioning the FOMC

Did I not send a message into the future — and watch it come back, exactly on time, in the tape?

Was I not already reenacting the FOMC all last afternoon — at the exact same time — with SPED sequences playing out one after another?

So when the Fed spoke today, was it really a new move… or just the system replaying what had already been authored?
