Precognition - Where Lag Does Not Exist
Somatic awareness functions like a form of precognition — biological. Long before language existed, the body had to interpret reality instantly to survive. Threat, opportunity, alignment, and danger were processed somatically first, with cognition arriving later as explanation.
That sequencing never disappeared; it’s embedded in our biology.
Women, on average, remain far more attuned to this layer than men — not by mysticism, but by necessity and evolution.
Sensitivity to micro-shifts in tone, posture, timing, and emotional coherence historically carried higher stakes, producing a finer somatic resolution.
Men can develop it, but it is less natively reinforced and more often trained through consequence-heavy environments.
Presence interacts powerfully with people who have high somatic awareness. It is recognized immediately — before conversation, before intent, before context.
Coherent presence creates ease, pull, and trust without explanation, while incoherent presence produces friction or withdrawal just as quickly.
This is why certain people are responded to rather than evaluated: their internal state communicates upstream, at the same biological layer where others are sensing reality.
Applied to life, this becomes a quiet advantage.
Timing feels natural.
Momentum aligns without force.
Interactions resolve cleanly.
Most people attempt to persuade at the level of words.
