Q&A on AI (I hired enough mindless robots to know how to work with them best)

This cuts through the noise perfectly. The "credential cosplay" framing is spot on, I've seen so many consultants repackage other people's frameworks and present them as propriatary insights. What scares me though is that AI might also lower the bar for actualy building, making it harder to tell who's creating vs remixing. I dunno if we're ready for that paradox.

The tell with AI is the ideas of consequence produced. There’s a ceiling to ideas that are actually priceless. But when those ideas still work under constraints and consequence—that isn’t just “Big 4.”
