Let’s recap what was stated at 3:20 pm with a chart below.
The algos will likely be baited to want to long into the close. (3:40 - 3:50pm)
This will create the divergence needed and a fake out, causing us to likely close lower from here. (3:50 - 3:57, close was indeed lower than 3:20pm)
Going into the close, we could envision a liquidity shock as some sellers will want to lock in gains of the last few sessions. (3:57-4:00pm)
