RE: SBUX Employees or Any Communist BS employees
Think about the asymmetric downside of these BS employees. You’re not just paying them a wage — you’re carrying the irreparable damage they can inflict. No one forced them to take the job. The bare minimum is to sustain or help grow the operation. But if they can’t even do that, and instead help manufacture a PR disaster because they’re acting out some half-baked socialist ideology… what’s the value of that?
What’s the value of a bad accountant who misfiles something?
What’s the value of a petty front-line or back office worker who doesn’t understand the broader system yet feels entitled to exploit it?
And here’s the real truth: most of them don’t amount to much in the first place.
They aren’t even the ones who “got away.”
They’re just extracting whatever they can from the cracks, not realizing they’re burning the very bridge they stand on.
Than they go to the next.
Like cheerleaders at the end of a race.
