Sleepy Biden - Did Good
Small government is best—a government that doesn’t meddle in your life.
The less you have to hear about tickets, taxes, red tape, and corruption, the better.
We shouldn’t have to see or hear anything about government, as it is a false idol.
The more you can focus on the only liberty that matters: your individual liberty.
Government intervention typically makes things worse—especially when it lacks consistency.
In essence, Biden’s last year will have lower twin deficits than the first year of the Trump administration.
Trump often says he could’ve coasted through this term—non-intervention, akin to Biden’s final year.
In fact, he may have reduced illegal border crossings by not doing much at all—demonstrating the power of non-intervention compared to his more aggressive actions, such as in trade.
This may be a classic example of the fallacy of “good intentions.”
This will probably be the US’s biggest trade deficit year yet.
With the added kicker of more fiscal deficits for tax cuts.
