I was authoring the market while the room was busy reacting to its own shadows.
At one point a guy walked (guess who) in and you could feel the entire crowd tense up—everyone pulling back, everyone uneasy.
But I was the one sitting closest to him, completely unbothered, low-key carrying the most expensive items in the room while doing the most consequential work.
They were nervous about proximity.
I was busy moving markets.
This is the inversion of our world.
