A word to the wise. Let’s talk tips.

Tips mean banter—elevated service and rapport. Who gets the highest tips? The English speaker with charisma. What’s the exact same job but with less English? Retail. And who occupies those jobs?

Make a society with those that can get tips - not those that want to fill transactional retail.

I received thousands of CVs from supposed English speakers in the East. The text might look fine, but here’s the tell: their pronunciation and their ideas.

They would often bring down the quality of the conversation with the deception of youth and informal conversation.

Slang is acceptable only for those with a highly developed mastery of the language, but it should not be the standard to mask pronunciation and, more importantly, ideas.

The reason why black’s are so linked to American culture is because of English and they taken it to a whole new level ‘rap’.

The English were right in many ways.

They used the suit as a tell and proper English as tell.
