I believe that, with men, the dynamics of egoism are a big thing in our world that weaponizes individuals’ insecurities. I find that the men who are best to work with are grounded in who they are, as they are the most open-minded to perspectives and are clever enough to utilize and combine them - thats smart!

In life, you meet many who are the opposite of this insecure, and therefore they lose the opportunity to attract the disruptive talent. With the lack of talent, they then lean heavily on the dynamics of their social circle. Yet, if given a choice, we should always pick talent over a social circle for our worth.

Given the choice, the individual with the talent to monetize is a much rarer commodity relative to the social circle parasite. Therefore, the subjects on the podcast provide grains of wisdom for those who value individual sovereignty of utmost importance.
