The 'Unclear' NPC of Vietnam

Meanwhile, every major news outlet is parroting, “It’s unclear.” Because the by the book accountant can’t read a post.
They can’t really even extrapolate for the future or have anticipated what was coming.
To me this is amusing and shows you have the modern world has left the NPC world behind.

They always say that because they are literalists.
