Tis The Seasoned

To be called seasoned is almost as insulting as being called an uncle.

Both are polite ways of pretending age matters — and both carry a quiet implication: people in those categories are expected to stay conventional.

If they step outside the script, they’re suddenly more “cancellable,” more scrutinized, more questioned.

That’s the irony.

The labels exist to keep people predictable.

But trajectory ignores labels.

Trajectory is what happens when you move through every layer of a field — like financial markets — and actually reach its end state.

Not the commentary layer, not the narrative layer, but the structural layer underneath all of it.

That’s what true internal architecture looks like when it finally crystallizes after years of pattern recognition and lived experience.

Most people never arrive there because their identity was built externally — around roles, rewards, relationships, or validation.

But a few are built internally.

And when your architecture is internal, not borrowed, the external world doesn’t confine you — it reorganizes around you.
