What is a ceasefire besides a July 4th stall
Iran should keep doing what it is doing.
Those demanding a ceasefire while insisting they hold all the “cards” should not expect automatic compliance.
The Strait of Hormuz was disrupted by Iran first. That alone challenges the narrative that only one side possesses leverage.
The more interesting question is this:
When does the East ever get a genuine first-mover advantage?
And when it finally does, why are so many people eager to pretend it doesn’t matter?
