When I Step In: Smooth Slope. When I Step Out: Sag Back. 270/301
Zoom in on the final ~45–50 minutes into the close and the immediate post-close window. In both of those segments, the tape shifts into a noticeably smoother, higher-speed slope with minimal drawdown — the move is clean, directional, and structurally ‘easy’ (little backfill, few deep wicks against the direction)
After that engagement window ends, the market sags and bleeds back down into the same level I’d been pointing to since the open — almost like gravity reasserts itself once the forward pressure disappears.
Then, when I engage again (the most recent segment), you see the same signature repeat: a sharp, high-point move, smooth ascent, and very limited adverse excursion — the slope cleans up and the speed returns.”
