Would You Listen to the Consensus—or the Person Who Saw It Coming?
Every generation tells itself that experience is wisdom.
But experience is only useful if it produces results.
Many of the people lecturing younger generations today helped build the very incentives, policies, and institutions that created the problems we now inherit. Yet they still expect authority to be accepted without question.
I have a different view.
In markets, nobody cares how old you are. Nobody cares about your credentials, your title, or your network. Reality keeps score every day.
The question isn’t who has the most experience.
The question is who is seeing the world more clearly.
